Fra cask på The Stags Head (Dunster), sammen med Steven: klar rødlig kastanjefarge med fint skum. Fin og typeriktig aroma og smak med toner av fuktig løvskog og urter, samt et hint av citrus, kjeks og kaffe. Forfriskende og lettdrikkelig, og et nytt bryggeri for meg!
