This is our take on a West Coast IPA that is free of crystal malt, has a restrained bitterness level, and is heavy on the dry hop aromas and flavor. Although fairly clear, this beer is not filtered or fined to retain as much hop flavor and aroma as possible. Dry hops are Mosaic and Citra.
