A special edition of The Black Tooth for our Pienthusiast members.
Imperial Pastry Stout with a double dose of Vanilla from Madagascar and Papua New Guinea and a finishing touch of Sri Lankan Cinnamon.
The sweet chocolate and deep caramel notes from the base beer works perfectly with the vanilla addition. Sri Lankan Cinnamon delivers a nice spicy touch to balance out the sweetness a bit. The beer is served with very mild carbonation to showcase the thick and full body and the creamy mouthfeel.

Flat, no head. Vanilla and cinnamon on the nose. Medium body, sweet, oily, not very boozy. Strong cinnamon, lots of vanilla, a bit of roasty coffee. Cinna turns a bit dryish peppery in the finish, less would have been better. Pretty nice tho, well done.
