Pours amber with a large white head.Nose shows dank hops, earthy, piny, herbal notes, along with gentle caramel and cookie dough-like malt.Flavours include more cookie dough characters, but not sweet of heavy in malt character. More pine, some soft grapefruit, and earthy hops.

Can, as Mosaic Pale Ale. Light amber with a white head that settles to ~ a cm and never quite disappears 3+. Aroma is floral with citrus, tropical fruit and some bread crust. Light bodied. Just a touch of caramelized breadcrust which fits well with the tropical notes under mostly zesty citrus. Fairly bitter end. Refreshing, very nicely balanced. Right up my street.

A very well constructed pale ale. There's a melange of grapefruit, grass, rose and biscuit on the nose. It's full bodied with some stonefruit in the mouth as well.

On tap at the brewery. Slightly hazy light amber with a white head. Aroma of hops, citrus, some bread and malt. The same in the taste. The bitterness was medium.

Tap at the Collingwood brewery. Poured a crystal clear light amber colour with a short-lived frothy white head. The aroma is malt, big fresh dank, weedy, green hops. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a malty, light biscuit, big dry woody hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation.
