Donkergeel bier met weinig schuim. Smaak is bitter hoppig en ietwat kruidig met iets van graan en wat zoet fruit. Niet onaardig.

Fles gekocht tijdens vakantie in Italië. Goudgeel helder bier met matig schuim dat snel weg trekt. Aroma is moutig. Smaak is moutig maar waterig en zoet. Weinig nasmaak.

Pours clear pale yellow with a small white head. Taste is a bit sweet, griny. Nothing special.

Bottle, Sirmione, Lago di Garda. Pours golden with a white head. Malt, grain, light sweet, light grass. Flavor is malt, yeast, grass, light green apples. Medium body, lively carbonation. 200815

Dorada clara, escasita espuma. Aroma escasito. Plana. Watery. Algo de gas la alegra un poco pero sabor poco agradable. Más seca que dulce al principio y rápido evoluciona a un amargor que perdura .

Wässrig röstiger Antrunk mit geringer, später verschwindender Süße. Trocken, weiter röstig, hefig. Laff, monoton, geringfügig Alkohol im Abgang. Trocken malzig. 7/6/7/6/6/6

Pedavena Speziale, 5.9%.So, this might be the most "illegal" rate I’ll make. The bottle broke in my kitchen, and when I started cleaning I just drained what was left in some pieces of the bottle that could hold liquid into a glass. Got 2 sips out of it, and possibly tiny glass shards (ok, no, I really checked for those). Poor heavy who bought the bottle in Italy got screwed out of a rate. Light golden body tinged with amber. Sweet malty nose, sticky and jammy. It continues into the taste, leaving a note of jaffa cakes. Not much hop bitterness. Malt dominated and not nearly as offensive and better than I expected it to be. Watery. Even though I did get a borderline rate out of this, I’m definitely rerating this ASAP.

0.5L bottle, 5.9%, 1.95€. Clear light-amber color, fine white head, small but lacing. Light floral, herbs, raisin, malts aroma. A little roasty, caramel. Medium bitterness, slicky feel, medium-light body, average carbonation, dry. Long hoppy finish. Not a masterpiece, but as a fan of Pedavena i like it, also if quite expensive. By side note, avoid touching the labels when wet, they leave a strange rust-iron smell on your fingers.
