Medium body, a touch sweet, boozy. Malty, chocolate and peanut butter, roasty coffee, maybe a bit of bourbon, vanilla in the aftertaste. Fairly balanced, very nice.

Smell of rye bread, port. Black colour, no head. Aroma of rye bread, tar, red wine. Sweet. No carbon.

A black beer with a tan lacing. Aroma of hazelnuts, strong dark malt, coffee, bourbon. Taste of sweet strong dark malt, coffee, hazelnuts, bourbon and wood. Boozy finish.

Sweet, roasty and heavy with woody barrel, peanut butter notes, some vanilla, bourbon, toffee, syrup and coffee, mild earthiness and cocoa notes in the finish. Okay, a bit heavy but quite barrel forward pastry stout.
