Kolor ciemno różowy, czerwony, o wyraźnym zmetniwniu. Piana niemal biała, przełamana delikatnym różem, jest wysoka i raczej nie trwała. Generalnie rysuje cienkie kręgi na szkle.
Aromat owocowy, są maliny owoce leśne, inne czerwone owoce, w tle nuty chmielowe. Aromat jest świeży i orzeźwiający.
Smak umiarkowanie kwaśny (owocowy). Ta kwaśność może spodobać się każdemu, ma oczywiście charakter owocowy.
Wysycenie średnie. Ciało średnie. Tekstura gładka. Posmak długi kwaśny.

Small rim, gone in seconds, over stll-looking, almost clear pinkish orange to terra cotta liquid. Soft fruit aromas, citrus, raspberry, aromatic. Soft - yes - fruitflavours. Raspberry most obviuos, I seem to get pomegranate, lime and other exotic fruit. Very light MF; despite still looking, quite spritzy feel. Not much aftertaste. Nice, amusing.

44cl can, canned 08/05/2025, BB 08/05/2026. Michael, le brasseur, me dit que c'est la même version qu'avant - cependant, la composition en fruits n'est pas la même, d'où cette nouvelle version.
Léger rosé/jus framboise, col fin rosé peu tenace.
Arôme sur un bouquet fruié qui se ressent dès ouverture - framboise est bien présente voire dominante, je ressens moins l'apport de la mûre. Un léger effluve de citron vert reste aussi en rétro-nasal pour indiquer que cela tourne quand même sur une 'sour'.
Palais reste sur une belle base aigre fruitée avec un retrait sur les grains cocnassés/céréales. Notes de framboises avec un retour de citron vert en support. Finement grinçant aux dents tout au long. Assez légère et parfaite pour le beau temps autour de l'Emporda.
