Sleepy Eyes is sour saison aged on second use Minnesota sour cherries and Minnesota red raspberries. This wild saison is still which means there is no carbonation in the bottle. Juicy aromas of fresh raspberry cherry crumble bars open up from this ale at cellar temperature. High levels of cherry and raspberry acidity will lead the way finishing dry with lingering berry finish. Enjoy this ale with friends while preparing a meal and use bits of this wild ale to deglaze your pan sauce.

Bottle pour at MBCC 2025 (Green session), pours a mostly clear bright amber pink, no head. Aroma has tart cherries and raspberries, and a touch of wild yeast. Flavour is very tart, with lots of acidity, subdued phenols, ugh. This is totally messed up.

Sampled from a bottle at ABR 2023. Pours a cloudy peachy red with a bubbly white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. ARoma has tart stone fruit, sour raspberry and bit of sweet grain with some funk underlying. Flavor has sour raspberry and stone fruit with earthy grain and a light funk backing.
