Our base Mashish aged 10 months in a 10 year old Elijah Craig barrel. Then conditioned on Coffee Shack Coffee Roasters Salted Caramel coffee, and some sticky sweet maple syrup.

Bottle @MBCC 2025, Red Session. Black, brown head. Rich malty, dusty nutty aroma. Sweet heavy dark malty flavour, solid boozy warmth. Quite hot.

Pours pitch black with almost no head. Aroma: unami, oak barrels, dark chocolate traces and mellow vanilla. Taste: plenty of roasted malts, coffee beans and bourbon. Boozy palate.
