Medium Dry single variety perry. Sharp and citrussy with light floral notes. Our Gin perry pears are handpicked from traditional orchards in Herefordshire and Monmouthshire and are pressed in a small batch of 150 litres, fermented using wild yeasts and bottled on our smallholding. 750ml. 4.8%.

750ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. For #rgpm. Pale golden colour, thin white foam rim and aroma of elderflower, citrus, perry pear, funk. Taste is sweet, floral, perry pear, elderflower, citrusy, with acidity and hints of tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, medium dry citrusy peary acidic & slight tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
