Our take on a classic Italian-style pilsner, named after the national animal of the "Beautiful Country" - the wolf. Clean and refreshing, with a touch of sweetness and a crisp, biting finish.

0.5 L Tall Kolsch looking glass at Big Grove Brewery in Prairie Village, Kansas. The pour is a slightly cloudy golden with a smaller white head. The aroma is bright floral, along with some hop resin and a touch of cracker malt. The taste is the cracker malt, along with the floral resin hop then finishes in a sort of muddled earth finish. The palate is light to medium bodied with soft carbonation and the dry earth mineral, dirty finish.

On tap at the Cedar Rapids location. Pours a clear yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a light grass and slightly sweet grains with hay supporting. Flavor has more hay and sweet grain with light grass and a bit of straw coming through.

(Tap) clear, bright yellow colour with a small white head; aroma of cereal; smooth palate; balanced flavour with a long, light bitter finish, a decent Pilsner
