Brewed in collaboration with our pals in Party Cannon. This blended golden sour beer was fermented with our ultra-tropical Brettanomyces house cultures, and conditioned 200g/l of mango and passionfruit puree for one month. Brewed with locally grown malted barley, wheat and oats this super juicy base beer provided flavours of mango, passionfruit and tinned pineapple which were further intensified with the fruit additions, altogether producing a platter of perverse tropical flavours.

375mL bottle, pours a cloudy pale golden with a small white head. Aroma is very buggy, with lots of passionfruit, mango, wild bugs, and a touch of oak. Flavour is complex and cohesive, with intense passionfruit, lots of citric acidity, juicy mangos, and plenty of bugs. The fruit is integrated well with the bugs. Complex and really well-designed.

Keg at Six Degrees North. Hazy golden body with a thin white head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of lemon and lemongrass. Flavour of lemon and funky yeast. Medium body with a slick texture. Light fizz. Refreshing and tart, although a bit one-dimensional.

Hazy gold with a bubbly white head and a tart fruit aroma. Fresh, sharp and zesty with tart tropical fruit above a sweet fruity backbone, some light biscuit malt hiding underneath, finishes very dry.
