It may seem weird but it works wonderfully. Fresh beetroot added to our traditional medium gives this one a dark colour and a deep earthy flavour.

Bag in a box at Firkin Alehouse. Deepish red. Colour. Well it does taste of beetroot. Not terrible just a bit of a surprise. Some sweetness. Some beetroot. Not much Apple or dryness. Bit odd bit drinkable enough
