This year we’re celebrating big as we’re turning 10 years! In order to celebrate, we are bringing back 10 classics from the archives but revised with the knowledge we have today!
The first of the 10 Years Edition series is Daybreak, a Cold Brew Coffee Stout. This sessionable Stout has been ‘dry beaned’ with 5 g/L of whole coffee beans from Brandmeesters to infuse additional flavors of rich coffee reminiscent of a lovely cup of cold brewed coffee.

Keg at the brewery. Pours black, nose is roasted coffee, chocolate, meaty, taste is coffee, chocolate, creamy. 8/8/7/7/7

Zwart bier met weinig schuim. Smaak is bitterzoet met iets van chocolade, veel koffie een klein beetje rook en wat geroosterd brood. Heel fijn bier.

Cold coffee, fondant, chestnut, brown bread. Sweetish brambleberry, bitter coffee & toast. Earthy hops, dry coffee bean & ash. Medium body, slick texture, average carbonation. Very dry indeed, nice.

Enjoyed at TCBW 2025.
Poured pitch black in color.
Coffee surely dominates this brew. Malty, some roasted tones, but lingering coffee and dark chocolate. Great.

TCBW2025 (thanks hermod). Pitch black colour with a small beigeish brown head. Aroma is coffee, some roasted malts and mild chocolaty tones to it. Flavour is coffee, roasted malts, some dark chocolate and mild nutty tones to it. Intense, even though not that strong abv.
