Quietude is a still, light, fresh and juicy table cider with a mild acidity which tails into a soft, tannic finish. Very easy drinking and undemanding, this cider would do well to accompany simple meals and relaxed conversation. 750ml. 6.5%.

750ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Golden colour, some short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of apple, mucky funk. Taste is sweetish, appley, some barnyard funk, with acidity and drying light tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium dry funky finish. Quite easy drinking.
