30 August 2025. At 7de Bier van Olier (Sijsele). Cheers to Anke, mom & dad!

Grapefruit, shallot, pine, mandarin peel. Sweetish pear & melon, bitter grapefruit & pine. Piney hops, grapefruit, some onion. Not super fresh or fragrant, but certainly not bad.

Bottle. But hazy dark golden to light amber with white head. Floral, sweet malts, spruce, grapefruit, yeast, seaweed, alcohol, sugary, bitter green vegetables, soap. Over medium sweet, solid bitter. Over medium bodied. The nasty yeast notes ruin this a bit, otherwise a solid sweet Belgian IPA.
