Bottle from their website. Listed online as 8.0% abv, will correct vintage if I find out otherwise. Goblet @home. Boozy, black cherry cordial scent, without the sweetness. Tall, cherry-stained head. Deep & clear maroon-colored body. Taste is not quite dry, bittersweet, fruit-forward grapes, pith, hibiscus, concord, saline, popsicle stick finish. Not insanely complex, but a nice 1-2 punch of grape drank & bitter cider. If anything, the apples get a little overwhelmed. Foamy, soft but very ample carbonation, very tannic, good abv bite(feels closer to 10%), very juicy. Good.
