Smell is a soft creamsicle, but grapefruit instead of orange. Nothing more or less. Taste is grapefruit juice, pure & true, with a backwash of very mild vanilla. All the other descriptors mean nothing. Fruity, bittersweet juice. It is exactly what I would expect drinking straight from a Tropicana container. Mild carbonation, slurryish like a somewhat filtered juice container. There's alcohol? All good.
