Four pack from Appalachian. Half hazy, rise & fall quick eggshell head. Half sour twang, not quite barnyard or wild, rounded, peppery, sharp, gum. Peppery, wine-y, lemon twang, yeasty, barnyard funk, yeast residuals. Sidra adjacent sorta. Lingering sharpness. More vinegar, less straight, strong acidity. Goopy, harsh but only moderate carbonation, somewhat yeasty. Okay, but trying too hard to be Sidra without the character.
