Bottle from Cellar D'or. Lo-ball glass back at the hotel. Pink, cloudy, watermelon juice. This should have significant bubbles. Sweet & dark grape skins, acidy apples, wet wood, salty air. It tastes like punch. Pineapple, apple, cherry, grape. Faint hint of vinegar & peach pit on the finish. Yeast. Sea salt. Creeping acid, low tartness. Low abv feels. Fruity, smooth, great blend, but a little pedestrian. I can only imagine what some more acid or bitterness with some serious bubbles could be.
