Bottle from their cider club. Couple weeks sleeping on the cold porch. Stemless wine glass @home. Clear, fine filtered, very pale, metallic gold, lots of fizz & lingering bubble action. Smell is lime & gin/tropical botanicals. Red apple dessert skin. Rose. Fresh, & fruity, no funk. Taste is definitely gin. Snappy apple skins, lemon-lime, kiwi, hibiscus, floral this & that. Super tart, minerally, citrus pith, lemon tea finish. Strong, irritating, consistent carbonation. Almost thin texture. Moderate high acidity. Super sharp. Somewhat boozy. Intense. Did I just have a good day, or is this indeed: Really, really good?
