$14 a 750 from Appalachian. Without a sip yet, I'm thinking this is their canned Harvest base spritzed with some bittersweets for the amateur cider crowd. Cost doesn't compare to their main lineup. Goblet @home. Over the top soda head. Hazy, pale straw, crazy active pour. Nose is bittersweets, pineapple, with a whiff of faint red dessert tail. Just a hair sweet & perceptibly boozy overall. Hyper sharp & tropical upfront. Bittersweets, sour lemon lime, white tea, dried pineapple, watered down gin, boozy, minerally, earthy & Aspirin bitter finish that definitely has a little sugar in it. Missing that absolute parch-ness. Force carb is way strong. A little like that sparkling dry Reisling unicorn I have yet to encounter. Good.
