Bittersweet, astringent, green, herbal-sweet, leaning dry. Bittersweet apples, super earthy, astringent apple skin, celery, taught & damn leathery, daunting dryness that leaves your mouth raw & numb. Slow consumption, demands food. Good but major points lost for being exhausting.
