Locally grown, apples and pears from the valley give rise to sharp crisp apple combined with WA grown hops botanicals. Nelson Sauvin, Lemon Drop, and Mosaic hops are floated atop of 5 month aged cider to impart juicy citrus, pine, and mild earthy black pepper flavors.

Bottle from Press online. Pint glass back @home. Clear, MGD, sizzling pour. Lychee, rose, watermelon, bittersweet apple nose. Bittersweet, sweet pine, dessert fruit, melon, arugula fresh. Low hostility, dried preserved fruit, lingering old lady rose. Medium low carb. Easy. Good & fine, if too pedestrian.
