Incredibly perfume-y, grassy, curious sweet rose/eucalyptus blend & maybe some lychee gummy on the nose. Have had several quince beverages, but they all smell so unique. Taste is a 180. Tart apple, familiar astringency & oregano, pomegranate pith, sour health smoothie, kinda green onion-y. Just tastes potently... green. Carbonation is thankfully frothy, feel is not quite thin but constantly abrasive & drying as only quince can be. Tonic level booziness. Fun & odd at the same time.
