Bottle sample at Bellewood Ciderfest 2024. Clear pale yellow color, few bubbles. Aroma of earthy apple skins. Taste is lightly tart apple flesh and skins. Tasty.

500ml bottle #2 from Press. Mojito glass @home. . Clear, metallic, pale gold. Almost flat pour. Sharp & bittergreen nose. Fresh potting soil, sour & unripe fruit. Bittersweet, sorta earthy, leaning sweet. Dessert apples, skin, watery pineapple, herbs, saline, dried fruit, sulfite dust. Thin, low carb, a touch empty & as a result, boozy. Dud.
