Appearance - 4 | Aroma - 5 | Flavor - 9 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7.5
Hazy, pale honey pour @Cache Cider. Yeasty, sour, mostly skin on bone kinda nose. Earthy, bittersweet, leaning sweet but with ample acidity. Melon, lime rind, nicely astringent apple skin, lingering lime, punchy. Great flavor. Good cider.
