Small goblet at the warehouse bar. Dusty, opaque, pale straw gold pour; still. Faint earthy-tart nose, lemon. Yeasty, banana clove, soft dessert apple sweetness, hefe finish. Feels messy, as it's intentionally under attenuated. Unfiltered, but most of his ciders have time to settle better. It'll probably be better once the bottles start exploding. Apparently this one is popular as a quaff. Not for me.
