Bottle from last year's Christmas sale. Tulip @home. Clear, medium gold, a little oily, big nucleation point. Minerally, acidic, calvados, warming, savory cooked apple. Properly dry, earthy bittersweet upfront, with a good acidic peach pit middle. Finish gets a touch yeasty, medium skin tannins, but the carbonation remains quite bold & insistent. Very good.
