Bottle from their cider shop, with free shipping. Had this years ago, rated it, but the rate has since disappeared. Hmmm... Goblet @home. Clear, bubbly soda, light amber. Big, earthy, Dabinett nose. Faint rubber, very light melon, pear, slight smoke. Strong, buttery, rich, low tart but a constant note in the background, hairy acid, lots of earth & skin, lime leaf, clean hay. Lingering butter & wood pith on the finish. Big & tight carbonation, oily, slight pith. Just a big cider. This was actually ever slightly funky & less earthy in past batches. Good.
