Smells of booze, round tropicals, sweet corn, toffee, sticky browned apples. Boiled corn pot liquor. Expect initial old apricot rounded sweetness, opening up to browned apple maceration that flexes between tropical pineapple & fat muscato flavor. There is some faint acid throughout, with more noticeable acid & bite at the end. Though the majority of the time it is just muddled & floppy. As it warms, you get some light astringency & lemoncello. We're just lacking any real bit here for contrast. It's that simple. It's basically just too damn sweet.
