Bottle shipped from the cidery. Pint glass @home. Spirited, spritzy, bright, clear, pale gold pour. Falls still pretty fast. Boozy, white wine/prosecco, grass, a little harsh. Sour lemon lime, sour apple, plum pit astringency, a squeak of vinegar, salt, bit of butter on an otherwise quiet finish. Too sharp & not as complex as in years past, but closer to the original 2019 batch. Expected better.
