Bottle from the holiday market @Enlightenment in Brooklyn, I would guess around Xmas 2016. Goblet @home. Clear, light sediment, orange tea glow. Muted, earthy, sweet skin, red flesh, yeasty cheese. Bit better & apparent as it warms. Super brut tart, tons of astringent skin, lingering, thin, bitter-floral, very slight barnyard, lime, cranberry, wincing acidity, leafy finish. Well made, but maybe just too astringent & incomplete. Crispy, sharp, acidic, thin, not super tart, so dry. Age has done this well. Great.
