Found one I hadn't rated while organizing the shelves. This came in sometime last year & sat for several months till I stashed it in the fridge in August. Goblet @home. Yeasty neck, clear amber gold, full & soapy head. Very punchy astringent nose. Intense zesty, old woody fumes. Taste is earthy honey, old browned apples, old books, lime zest, clay. Finish is citrus pith & yeast cake. Off-dry quite fruity. Good mix of earthy & tart. Incredibly zesty second half. Very strong natural carbonation. Strong acid. Boozy. Moderate to strong sulfites. Intense & very good.
