Bottle from their online store. Goblet @home. Golden, clear, sparkling. Acidic, macerated, sweet lemon, lacquered wood, faint cherry, soda. Lemon, cut grass, veg, lime, really good mineral quality, varnish, big acid, lingering tartness, low key big acid, subtle lingering lemon tea sweetness. Just a tick more than dry. Tart, thin, super carbed but soft, strong for the abv. Damn good.
