White grape, pear, leafy plants, plastic, some kind of berry, residual yeasties. Crisp, bitter-tart. Leafy, bitter lettuce, sharp green grapes, very minerally, cava, lemon, moderate stone-fruit bright sour closer to the end, very tannic skin & iron finish. Accurately off-dry. Tough like a typical South Hill blend. Very fizzy, mostly thin, strong acid, abv on point. Good batch.
