Bottle from their cider club. Stemless wine glass @home with a hunk of fresh, crumbly cheese. Frothy pour, orange gold, some jellied haze. Nose it upfront honey, earth/leaves, lime, papaya, tiny bit of sulfur. Nicely tart, sour plum pit, sharp & sweet eating apples, lots of ripe pineapple, lemon lime seltzer, mellow yeast on the finish. Okay carbonation, lingering & drying tartness, abv is okay at a low 7%. Solid.
