Biting, bittersweet, major lemon-tea, red apple peel, Lemonhead sweetness, caramel, oxidation, long-draw popsicle with a grassy finish. Obviously slick, but the body doesn't hold. It sort of breaks up & gets watery on the real finish. Still bittersweet, lemony-sharp, but no solidity on it.
