VAST: One is a blend of Mixed Fermie™ and spontaneously fermented Lambic-inspired beer conditioned on 600 grams/liter of whole Montmorency and Dark Sweet Cherries. It has an incredible layered flavor of cherry pie, musty funk, oak, and an elegant acidity. VAST: One reminds us of some of our favorite fruited Lambics.

Bottle thanks to Dan. Pours a cloudy dark ruby with small off white head. The aroma is cherry skin, rubber, oak. Thin body, sweet cherry, oak, light tartness, very good.

Bottle shared at Lucky Bamboo share. Thanks Matthew. Pours a ruby color with a finger of pink foam that lingers. Very cherry skin and flesh forward nose with with oak and light vanilla aromas. Smooth with some mild tartness on the palate. Cherry and some cherrystone dryness as it warms. Smooth with a lingering cherry skin and oak note. Very good.

Bottle from the source. Clear reddish purple color pink head. Cherry aroma. Taste is tart cherry but not overly tart, black pepper. Subtle funk. Might age well, worth a try
