Iron, earth, macerated bittersweet apples, veg. Very sharp, moderate acidity. Super pithy popsicle, iron, lemon, watery tropical fruit, cherry pit, leftover yeasties, lingering astringent tea in a beautiful way. Great carbonation, solid bite, cleansing, just enough residual yeast to not get creamy. Good to great.
