750 from Press then Press. A few hours in the fridge. Mojito glass at home. Thin, clear, a bit dull, quick hitting fizz. Super smooth & ample bubbles. Semi-sweet. Floral, subtle & constant melon with a lingering raw sugar note. Creamy, sweet-tart perry blend, dessert perry with lots of floral skin, softly acidic lingering melon with bonus sweet cactus acid. Moderate carbonation, sugary, moderate to thin body, mellow acid. Not as crazy complex as their other bottles but still tasty.
