750 bottle from their cider club. Lo-ball @home. Clear, a bit dull, pale gold, weak sizzle. Earthy, a touch sweet, delicate floral nose. Taste is lemon-earthy, subtle pear sweetness, gentle bittersweet skin, minerally, weak pear juice, earthy finish. A touch disappointed. Ph is good, acidity is too low, thin, strong fizz but not irritating. Very clean. Okay to good. Just boring.
