Om tap @Botanist AVL. Very faint blueberry skin on the nose. Best part. Clear, pale, hint of blush. Quick bittersharp start, medium low acid, earthy, can't find the peppers. Lady serving us agreed that this batch was too weak on heat. Half flat. Thin. Base cider was sorta wack too. Meh.
