Is it really a stout if you blend different bourbon barrel aged beers together? With this cuvée, we blended a barrel aged stout with a barrel aged barleywine, and added a touch of barrel aged doppelbock. So, we guess we should call it Barrely Stout

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7.5
Sept '23, Vegas. Dark, matte, brown over black, cocoa pour @Able Baker. Sweet charred brown sugar, charcoal, a little maple, half sweet nose. Half sharp, very oily texture, black cake, maybe too sweet, boozy barrel, roasty with a strong char finish. Good-ish+.
