Flip-top bottle from the Carolina Cider Fest stand. Dull but clear medium gold. Second pour is yeasty. Active. Wine-y, herbal-y, lightly floral, sharp cider nose. Big white wine, sharp & watery apples, soft pineapple & dusty sulfites, good acid. Approachable tannins. Not quite crispy, thin & chalky. Could be better.
