This should be called Dabinett-Jersey, no? Cork & cage bottle from their cider club. Website says 8.9%, bottle says 8.4%. Lo-ball glass @home after a couple months on the shelf & four weeks of sleep in the fridge. The queue is slowly getting shorter, but somehow never sees light. Obscured but not quite hazy, honey orange pour. Good mouse-y head but no mention of traditional style on the label. Lemon honey, bittersweet apple skin nose, bit of orange; rich. Spritzy & stiff minerality upfront. Bitter orange, bittersweet & sharp apple blend, diet Canada Dry acidity & sweetness. A hair too sweet, no was is this 0.0rs. Mostly dry, popsicle stick, spent oak, chalk & skin finish. Better than expected acid but nothing big. Fizzy, tight bubbles, some inevitable oxidation, just enough bite. Great blend of stuffy bitters with something more lively.
