Complex tropical fruit & champagne minerally feels upfront. Soft but lingering astringency, lemon, sweet onion, savory, old wood, sulfited dried fruit, moderately sharp pear & accompanying honey-tart sweetness. Thin, creamy even carbonation, even acidity, refined, lightly tannic finish, touch of age. I want to rate this higher. Really great.
