The Send Portal Poubelle is similar to a piquette or a cider kin. It is a cuvée of wildly fermented, estate Pinot Noir & Concord varietals and Whatcom County Siegerrebe piquettes blended with an estate perry (D'Anjou, Bosc, Comice and Conference pears). Send Portal is bright, refreshing and balanced - with acidity from the grapes and structure from the pears. The nose brings an intense bouquet of roses while the palate showcases raspberries, a dry finish and effervescence that will leave you craving another sip.

12oz, clear single from Press online. Two weeks in the cage. Pint glass @home. Peachy orange, faintly hazy. Big head settles like soda. Yeasty, orange-passion fruit-grape skin nose. Yeasty, orange-grape skin, bit of acidic bite, muscadine/plum hairiness. Earthy, softly sweet dessert pears, sharp booze, weak Aspirin, mellow carb, weak pith on the finish. Too yeasty. Tis okay.
