Single from Appalachian. 4/03/23, less than fresh, but it had lots of fridge time. Clear, copper amber, extra frothy; pint glass. Light brown bread & marshmallow nose. Seriously tasty. Fresh brown bread, toasted cracker, light acid, herbal hops, minimally sweet but not very bitter either. Faint, faint chocolate. Dusty texture, frothy, medium high carb, popsicle stick/minerally finish. Liked this a lot.
