Cold War first made an appearance in the taproom under his serial number. But he has earned a real name and a place on the brew schedule.
So what is a Cold IPA? It’s dry, crisp, and hoppy. It is wester than a west coast and crispier than your favorite lager. How? It is fermented with lager yeasts at higher temperatures than traditionally done with lager yeasts and utilizes our favorite IPA hops. It has a clean but assertive bitterness with a bold, dry finish, making it hard to quit.

Pine and a little grapefruit. Pours clear golden. With decent head. Light bitter end. Ok. Can.

@Manhattan Project. Pale gold, half hazy, lingering froth. Floral, really onion-y, moderate cheese funk. Taste is dry, pungent peppery cheese & super piney, with a decent dash of salt. Tight, thin, big acid. Okay.
